LUSCA Film Fest is produced by Oceanus Corp., a Puerto Rico–based nonprofit organization registered under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service and recognized under Section 1101.01(c)(3) of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code. Oceanus is dedicated to strengthening the audiovisual industry as a driver of cultural, creative, and economic development, with a strong emphasis on professionalization, internationalization, and sustainable growth for Puerto Rican filmmakers.

Under the stewardship of Oceanus Corp., the Festival continues to grow in programming depth, media impact, international partnerships, and audience engagement, reinforcing its role as a cultural cornerstone of Puerto Rico’s film ecosystem.
